Often associated with sports, coaching is a practice that has been used for many years in the pursuit of excellence.
The dictionary defines coach as: A person who trains or directs.
Curly Martin – author of “The Life Coaching Handbook” defines a life coach as a person who helps to close the gap between thinking
about doing and actually doing, with one of the life coach’s main roles to enable and empower the client.
