Stress Management

Stress in some situations is perfectly normal, desirable even, as it helps us to perform at our peak.
Too much stress, however, is bad for us, and can manifest itself in a whole host of ways.

Are you suffering from excess stress?

Symptoms include:
Stomach pains
Dry mouth
Sweating, generally or in certain areas such as palms
Headaches
Difficulty in relaxing “switching off”
Difficulty in sleeping
Feeling run down, or “under the weather”
Irritability or feeling tense in certain situations (or all of the time!)
Feelings of anxiety or panic
Poor concentration

There are many physiological reasons why the human body is not well equipped to deal with prolonged stress, and why therefore we find ourselves suffering physical reactions to stress.
Having a vision for your life allows you to live out of hope, rather than out of your fears. Stedman Graham.

Understand the physical effects of stress on your body.
Learn about your personal values systems and begin to understand more about the way things affect you.
Look at your life balance, and make any changes necessary.
Give you the time and space in a safe environment to talk, and discover what changes you would like to make.
